Networking

We are living in the world of Information Technology, where Networking is used everywhere such as organizations, homes, shops, education, games, news etc. Through networking not only we can share ideas, information, images, audio, video games etc, but also can use the other services like shopping, business, education, ticket booking etc.

Networking is the backbone of Information Technology. Every company needs professionals from these areas. We have all relevant training courses for you to get the valuable knowledge, experience and make your career in the field of networking. After completing course successfully, you can opt career as Network Analyst, Network Administrator, Technical Consultant, and System Administrator in reputed companies.

Now a days, two most important networking that are usually used 1) Windows networking and 2) Linux based networking. In windows networking we provide knowledge and training of install, configure, and implement the networking and how to successfully maintain that environment through various hardware and software in windows environment. While, Linux based networking consists networking of different Linux based system. Here, we provide training of planning, installing, configuring, implementing and maintaining networking in Linux environment.

Networking is basically connecting two or more computers or communication devices so that they can share the information. Network can be classified according to the geographical area. Local Area Network (LAN) is small network generally used across single home or organization, while Wide Area Network (WAN) covers bigger area such as city, state, counties. Networking can be possible physically as well as virtually. Physical networking needs cable for communication, while virtual networking works without cable, it is also called wireless network.

Usually, there are two types of network design

(1) Client Server System: Where a centralize computer as works as sever, provide various services to its client computers. Client computers request for services or resources to Server and get the resource when server provides.

(2) Peer to Peer Network: There is no client server relationship in that, every computer machine has equal responsibility; it is basically used for sharing information among different machine.

Network topology describes the structure of network for data flow. Most of the topologies that are currently used bus, star, mesh, network, ring etc.

There are certain set of rules or format that allow communication within network that is called protocols. Currently, most popular protocols used in the network are TCP/IP, ATM, and OSI etc.TCP/IP protocol used in internet for communication. These protocols are divided into number of layers and each layer has its own tasks and responsibilities for communication. There are number of devices that are used to connect different networks or computers for maintaining communication. These devices are router, bridge, hub, gateway etc that work on different layers.

Repeater: It is a communication device that connects two or more systems on network. It generates signal but not amplify.

Hub: It is like multiport repeater and generally used to divide a single LAN to multiple levels.

Bridge: It connects similar/dissimilar LAN.

Router: A device connects networks using different protocols and architectures and select routes for network traffic.

Gateway: This device is used as interface between two networks by maintaining protocol compatibility.
